Three hop combinations

I have just dry hopped my last brew with 300g of hops, the most ever for any of my brews.
The combination was.
Simcoe 100g
Centennial 100g
Amarillo 100g
Not got a clue what it will taste like but if you could only pick three hops to go in a beer what would your favourites be?

I feel same about Citra. I'm really annoyed I bought a pack of Galaxy and never used it in anything and now it's so far past it's best I don't want to risk using it. I really like Love /Hate's Citra Galaxy combo.

I'm going to try an IPA next bittered with Magnum and then Citra and Cascade, hopefully this will be okay...

the Brew before last was Mosaic, Citra and Chinook but it’s still in the SS fermenter so cant comment on taste yet

I love German beer, so 3 noble hops. Hallertau Mittelfruh, Tettnanger and Saaz,

Hmm... First Gold, EKG, Saaz I'd guess as that lets me brew my bitter and pale ale and those hops could do most beers except US styles.

Both are lovely. Ekuanot is a good substitution for Citra.
