Three hop combinations

Chinook, Amarillo and Mosaic together. Or used independently my favourite hops are probably challenger, target and galaxy ​

I've just enjoyed a 13 guns American ipa and it says on the bottle, columbus, chinook, cascade, centinnal, amarillo, citra and topaz. Wow that's alot.

I like Falconers flight for flavour and convenience.

I would say whichever mix of hops I have in my hop box at the time.
It was pointless me even buying an air tight box because I can't resist the urge to crack it open and take a good sniff on a regular basis.

Although all hops have smelt devine, sadly not all of those aromas get carried across into the beer.
I've recently used Amarillo in a ginger beer but the ginger totally masked the hops.

I'm still learning with each brew, but so far Simcoe, Cascade and Citra have been my favourites.
I grew-up among the Kentish hops farms, so I should also add EKG.
