Just looked up the recipe, definitely making this, looks like a real ball tearer.Made Nadia's chicken shawarma recipe this week. I love chicken and this would do me fine on its own, bread, chips ,flatbreads or omlette + beer

Yeah I know I've gone a little too far as snacks go with this one but felt in needed sharing on here, this wasn't all for me I did share it with the wife of that countsVery Master Chef. Well done ladies and gentlemen. Most of these are a meal, not a snack, let alone an amuse gueule. I think we're missing the point here; the more of this fodder you shovel down, the less room there is for beer. What's wrong with a bag of dry roasted peanuts? Shared of course.
