Very Master Chef. Well done ladies and gentlemen. Most of these are a meal, not a snack, let alone an amuse gueule. I think we're missing the point here; the more of this fodder you shovel down, the less room there is for beer. What's wrong with a bag of dry roasted peanuts? Shared of course.

Bit of mozzarella and red onion too.... The base was made using crème Frech with a dollop of horse radish in there
