Aroma : There was a real cardboard/stale aroma that suggested some oxidation.

Flavour : It had a DMS/vegetal flavour and after a little bit there were some spicy phenols coming through.

Overall : My initial thoughts are that this has become infected somewhere along the line.

Lots of entires now, I've started building a list. Remind me to remind people to list any non-obvious ingredients with their package, thinking for allergies...

We pack up a bottle and send it off with a note of any ingredients other than malt hops yeast water sugar.
