That Homemade Taste

Just going to throw this out there, but the only time I've had homebrew that didn't taste like homebrew, was when it was all grain rather than kit. I might be really unpopular with this comment though!

I've made plenty of kits since I started brewing and I do agree with you for many of the kits, but there's also a brewer factor here. Temp control, cleanliness and of course patience. If you don't do allgrain, best bet is dry spray malt in my opinion. I've done plenty and no homebrew (can) taste. Or you know just hop the living hell out of the kit, boils some extra, dryhop a lot. Hehe
