What is the best temperatures to store German lagers once you have bottled them.

For the first 5 days store at 20c then drop the temperature to 3c or 4c for three weeks?

When you say "once you've bottled them". Do you mean before they've carbed in the bottle or after?
If before, I'd leave them for 2 weeks and then pop one open to check the carbonation level.

I mean as soon as you have put the cap/top on.
