Temp contoller for mash and boil

Hi all, any advice would be appreciated.
I currently do stove top BIAB but would like to convert my pot to use an electric element with a temperature controller.
I've been looking at this element Heating Element for Boiler and using it with an inkbird 308 or the mangrove jacks controller.

Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Spec says maximum load is 2200 watts

The element you’ve identified is 2400 watts

I’d suggest one needs to change.

I use the Inkbird for my fermentation chamber, but not my kettle. For BIAB, I have a 56 litre kettle with two of those elements. My concern with using an Inkbird (in addition to what Buffers brewery said) is that I'm not sure the temperature probe would be waterproof. I'd think you'd have to put it in the mash to get an accurate temperature reading but I could be mistaken.

If you're good electrically you can put something together yourself:

I use a motor speed controller as a means of dropping the input voltage, you don't really need temperature control for the boil:

My system is right on the edge of 13A, doing 5 gallon brews. I'll generally drop the voltage in mash and boil.
