Suggestions for reseeding an RIS from keg to bottle

I have a RIS thats been in the keg for a year now. I'm looking for suggestions on how to reseed it with yeast so that it can condition more in the bottle. Also what yeast should I be looking for to do this with, it's Alemans Effin Imp @ 11-12%.
