I am going to brew my 1st stout kit next and I'm undecided wether to do an edme Irish stout kit or the coopers Irish stout kit. What would anybody recomend? Thanks

Ive only ever made the edme Irish stout kit and I can thoroughly recommend it. Next to my imperial stout which was a AG brew it’s the best Ive ever tasted, although when I made it I brewed up some ground coffee and added that to the FV. It added a nice coffee taste throughout the pint.

Even though i'm also new to this i did the edme stout and used brown sugar instead of white and it as a nice sweet taste :thumb:

Had to go with the coopers stout in the end as it was all my lhbs had in. hope its ok. gonna start the brew tomorrow.
