Stir plate vortex

It cold crashing in the fridge now for brew tomorrow. Still a bit worried about loosing the stir bar. If I hold the stir plate under the flask as I decant, that should keep it in the flask I imagine?
Don't forget when it's all chilled and settled out and you pour away the spent wort from the flask prior to pitching to leave about 1cm behind to swirl up the yeast from the bottom of the flask where it may have stuck down. Some powdery strains don't stick but the flocculent ones can be very reluctant to leave the flask.
