OMG i wasnt expecting much from this one about 4/5 weeks in its really good tastes almost like the real thing if anything is wrong i would add more hops at 60 minsThought id put this cheeky number on today

Mash at 66°C for 60 Minutes.
Ferment with Safale US-05
Made this one again today was well impressed the first time around hopefully il get the same resultsToday thought i would try a porter so heres the recipe

My only problem with this beer is i have only 4 bottles left lol,It was very harsh at first very strong a bit overpowering but as Clibit told me it would mellow and it certainly did into a terrific :drink:Lovely isn't it? The GW receipe is slightlydifferent but not much. I keep making it. I've done it about 4 times now. Six weeks into conditioning and its absolutely stonking
Need to get a brew or two on today but have no idea on what to do i like trying new beers so dont want to do anything ive already tried any ideas ?

There yer go. I mentioned a drink I'd had and some of the hops in it to Clibit ( recipe God ) and he came back with this rascal.
