The Black Sabbath and Rastafarye are two recipes I've put up on the recipes forum that people have loved, and are different. Try the American wheat, but you could use any fruity American hops.

I would do a saison too. Right time of year.

Will think about other possibilities...

Saison is a Belgian style, the yeast is the key factor, you would have to drink one. Saison du Pont is the best known commercial saison, though some English micro breweries make them now.

Interesting thread that. I'm getting excited by wheat.

I should order some wheat malt instead of crushing whole bread wheat and trying to brew it like I did this week. :)
