The Black Sabbath and Rastafarye are two recipes I've put up on the recipes forum that people have loved, and are different. Try the American wheat, but you could use any fruity American hops.

I would do a saison too. Right time of year.

Will think about other possibilities...

Saison is a Belgian style, the yeast is the key factor, you would have to drink one. Saison du Pont is the best known commercial saison, though some English micro breweries make them now.
 
A irish red would be nice, i have done a real nice one before but i have misplaced the recipe, Anything in mind Clibit :wink:
