I learnt this week that if you splash diluted StarSan in enormous amounts in your eye, it doesn't hurt! Yay!
(Handle on my open 5 litre bottle snapped when I picked it up before you ask).

When I'm not milking the mutant squirrel, I just re-use the stuff I have in a plastic jerry can a lot. I test it every so often for PH. If it goes below 3.5 I just put a small amount more indiluted in the jerry can. Every few months I make up 2L fresh to add to the jerrycan to account for wastage.

I use heat to sanitise my bottles. I oven them by putting them in the oven for about 40 mins at 150C
