had this in the keg for 2 weeks now so thought id have a sample, wow its very good even so young, will leave it now for a few more weeks before i get stuck in

I've done this and agree it gets a lot better with age. I tried a 2 month old bottle against a shop bought bottle and the taste similarities were immense. The only main difference was the colour. Mine wasn't as 'red' as the shop bought but tasted very very similar!
