Hi fellas's , just having another go at some home brewing after a couple of previous disasters , have eased my way back in with a TC , so far so good on that , bottled tonight and worked out around the 6 .3 % mark.
For my next crack I'm attempting a St peters ipa kit, it's a two tin kit , which requires no sugar , I was thinking of swapping sugar for spray malt , as it's not needed ,any ways to maximize this kits potential would be appreciated. Also should I ditch the provided yeast and go with S04? I have some goldings , but not sure how and when to add to the fermenter.
All the Best
