yeah i dont understand the question either? By mash liquor do you mean pre boil wort?

but then you wouldnt ever get a full wort volume as you are adding back what comes out. :D

Mosher's "Radical Brewing" has a recipe called Ignoble Doble Doble or something like that which calls for sparging with pre-boil wort. Never tried it though.

On the forum guide it says to sparge with the heated sparge liquor does it mean hot water it also says after recirculating the initial turbid wort im confused can some one explain in english please :D Im guessing everyone uses water but what if you have collected your 25 litres or whatever and you dont get the desired reading on the hydrometer :D

I add the first runnings back as most do as it usually contains a little crap. usually only about 8 pints worth. Then sparge with my hot liquor :?

yes, sparge liquor = hot water.

You recirculate because there will be small chunks of grain in the initial first quart or two of runoff.
