Toothache. Couldn't sleep all night despite the numerous double Talisker to numb the pain. Was looking forward to a Fathers day lie in too. Luckily got an emergency appointment at on call dentist in a couple of hours.

My son who lives in Scotland with his mum made me a video on YouTube, sounds weird but so delighted

My missus down here got me chocs, aftershave an usual stuff lol

I got a little RC helicopter, never played with anything like it before and I'm having alot of fun.
How my 2 year old picked it I will never know, how she paid for it I'm sure I will find out.

@ iceo, I'd love to know how you can make a a hobby out of electronic cigarettes. :wha: :wha:

I got a card and half a lie in, I was left in bed but all the doors were left open and the wife and kids were on volume setting 11 (that's what it felt like as I was burying my head under the pillow).

I was quite surprised to get a present - our little one is four weeks old - but she was clever enough to get me the Pitt Cue recipe book - fantastic barbecue meat hell yeah!

It was a bit confusing at first - oh, so this father's day stuff applies to me now??!!

I asked for a yacht. This morning i was presented with a hand crafted paper yacht with a cocktail stick for the mast made by my 9 year old daughter. My other daughter aged 12 brought me bacon, fried egg beans and toast with a mug of tea in bed.

Heaven :D :D

I got a lie in, a card (from both my little ones) and a picture drawn by my video game obsessed ten year old of 'Halo' spaceships trailing 'Happy Father's Day' banners behind them :D

Having a number of something doesn't make it a hobby.

I take it you have the e. cigs in place of normal cigarettes?

I don't smoke and never have, but if I have never spoken to anyone who smokes or regards smoking in any form as a hobby.

I got a teeny tiny leatherman to go on my keys with my name on it! Very generous and very sweet.

A couple of cards a bar of fruit and nut and a double decker duo bar, and an announcement that the Android tablet I bought myself last month can be my fathers day present.

i sort of buy, sell, make, mod, repair. i mix all my own flavours. some range from £10 to £100. some people collect pipes, ashtrays, match boxes. so its the same sort of thing.

I didn't get anything...... :sulk:

But then I haven't got any kids so that may be a reason

Finished work last night at 5.30 I got a lie in until 11, a dad mug and some dad socks :-) just hope my little gremlin is a good boy today. Been having some problems with his eating, bloody 10 months old and now decides he doesn't like food.

Got me dad a card, he's just had 5 days in france for some judo tournament so my mum is naturally massively ****** off at him, staying as neutral as possible with that argument brewing
