It's been snowing in sunny South Manchester on and off since the early hours, it's not sticking though, the ground is too warm....what with all the sun :rofl:
About to take the sausage dogs for a walk....it's going to be mud city when they come back :lol:
12 years ago my bike was my only transport. Used it for everything all year round in all weathers. Even xmas shopping. A bike and a 4ft Xmas tree that was an interesting ride home :whistle: .
Started about 11.30am in South Cumbria. Small fine stuff, but it's still snowing. About 2mm so far, so it will be a while before we are snowed in Anyway lots of beer and wine stashed so we will survive :
No snow down here, there again it rarely snows . Last year my hometown (Scunthorpe) had the worst snow in living memory.
Forum members have already mentioned that weather forcasts are so unreliable. Below is a link that I have used for a while now which gives a pretty good forcast from local weather stations. It is updated on a regular basis, and in my opinion is the most reliable forcast out there. Apart from the weather it gives air temp, wind speed/direction, humidity etc, etc.
