Do you use a seperate temp controller. What do you use for chilling/cold crashing

That's when I use the fridge, but I will be getting a 12 volt glycol chiller when they become available, small & compact its called the Thermenter King maintains a 20 C differential even at 35 C.

Todt used the 50 litre Guten/Brew Devil/Hopcat etc for a forty litre brew so out with the hoist, plenty of headroom where I brew so nice and airy, or as Basil Fawlty would say, 'There is air in it'.

how are you plumbing the sink? Do you have water and waste access?

Sink is plumbed in now, keezer is wired up and ready to go. Next job is ventilation for the Robobrew.

Spent the day reorganising the garage. There‘s a water pipe to an outside tap behind the kegerator. Next task will be to plumb in an RO filter to that so things might get moved round a bit more.

Thankfully, due to our Autistic son opening the pressure barrel valve and spraying 10 litres of Cwtch everywhere, I now have permission from the Mrs to build myself a brew shed in the garden over the summer months

In the meantime here's my very limited brew space, although we do have a wonderful cool store room with enough shelving to store well over 2 hundred 1 litre bottles.

Well noticed! I got that from my uni years ago. They set them up.as road signs outside the student union and I claimed one (with permission of course!). It's made of plastic so works a treat. It's funny, I saw a picture of Dizzee's home studio a while bback and he has the smaller version of one of these in there. Thought about seeing if he (or one of his Twitter following) wants to buy mine but thought twice because I don't really want to sell it.

I’ve branched out into catering as well. Sadly the Big D Nuts with bikini models on the cardboard have been consigned to the 1970’s and I had to go with plain.

There's a Ghost chill infused pork scratching card on top of the Get er Brewed box with one bag left. But good point well made, I'll need to get some proper ones in. The Scampi Fries aren't going to last long.
