Tight Northern B*stard - a 6% red ale where I went slightly overboard with the chocolate malt, resulting in a beer that’s black and tastes a bit ‘stouty’.

My best beer to date. All gone now after last weekend and also I'm not able to make it again as I just chucked in all my remaining hops. I called it Danish surprise hopped ale Norwegian label.

My first beer after a 10+ year brewing hiatus. A 6.5% ish ipa. Not perfect, but reasonably happy for a first attempt...

Norse Gold kveik pale ale. Looks like a wheat beer, I'm guessing because of all the wheat, oats and rye. Very tasty though.

Currently 25°C in mid France at 7 in the evening and I'm drinking my last pint (ok 500 ml) of "Leftovers", made up of various malts and hops left over from other brews. Pale malt, caramalt, flaked barley, crystal malt, carapils, Munich 1, rye malt, caramunich 1 plus columbus, endeavour, fuggles and perle. 5%, 48 IBU, lovely.
