Going for styles like watercolour hides the fact that it can be not that good at detail. But it's great for bringing together things that you wouldn't normally get a picture of, like an Easter chick in beer.
You can also do more formal styles, even if it tends to pull short pints!!!
It really helps to bone up on art history, AI generators respond really well to using artists and movements to specify style.
