Shake n brew

I've been watching Dr Hans' shake n Brew videos on YouTube and I'm tempted to give this a go.

Has anyone else seen them or experimented with his recipes?

I’m will you his early stuff was much better ( in my humble opinion )

still shaking my head about the 29 degrees brewing temp, he should read the yeast pack

Wasn't it Lalbrew Voss he was using? Didn't catch the whole video, but I'm sure I heard "Kveik" in there somewhere.

I find it bad enough cleaning out the debris from similar kegs after syphoning the brew into the keg through a filter, using a hop-tea rather than whole hops, partial carbonation with sugar drops and finally conditioning and drinking!

God only knows how long it takes the lad to clean out and sanitise the kegs after chucking everything in there!

I’ll give the system a miss!
