Secret Santa Beer Swap 2020!

Daily update, 41/44 are confirmed posted and I've been assured the other 3 will be posted today or tomorrow, and 45/83 arrived safely (and 1 not so safely).

It's interesting how so many of these beers are strong ones. I had a delicious RIS last year and quite excited for this year's one at 7.5%. It's all making me want to brew something powerful once I've got a pale ale out of the way.

Arrived home to find this little beauty on the doorstep. That’s No.1 received safe and sound.

I found a card from Royal Mail this morning, dated yesterday, saying that they had left a parcel "in the small brown bin". That's the food waste bin. Last night, in the dark, I put the food waste in the bin without looking inside it, then put it put with the green bags for the bin men. By the time I found the card this morning the food waste bin had been emptied.
I just hope it wasn't my secret santa beer that has gone in the food waste.

That's very kind of you. We should wait a few more days and see if any beer arrives, but if we leave it too long it will be too late to get here for Christmas.

They ship Rolexes in a similar size box don’t they? We had a Dyson vacuum cleaner left in our designated safe place (behind the bins) on bin day earlier this year. Totally our fault, but it stung.
