sanitizing

Hi all,

I occurred to be that it might be possible to sanitize the fv from the steam during the boil. Anyboby else done this?

When i first started making my cider a few months back i though that just simply boiling the equipment and FV would be the best thing cause its the same as steralizing. it works but i would still reccomemend using a sterilizer like VWP or young's sterilizer and cleaner.
