I've used the MJ M42 New World Strong in a recent Imp stout and it did good. That beer is currently sitting in a Caol Ila 1/4 cask until Dec so I can't give a proper judgement until them but it ended up being in the 9% range. I'm sure two packets could do the job and I think they had it rated to 10% +
