Hi
I'm getting back into brewing after a 30 year break. I used to do malt brewing as a student in South Africa. Temperature control was cupboard. I scored a brewing day course for my birthday and I'm starting to get into all grain brewing. The forum has been brilliant in getting back up to speed.
