Hi all after some help with this Worcester Hop shop Recipe. It states 1130g raspberries secondary 14 days & Gelatin Half teaspoon Secondary 5 Hours? What does that mean?

Great thanks, it was just the Gelatin I didn't understand, I didn't know it was used as a clearing agent. Never used it before!After primary fermentation is complete, rack the beer into a secondary fermenter. Add 1130g of raspberries and leave for a further 14 days.
Not sure about gelatin for 5 hours. I guess 5 hours before bottling, add the gelatin. But I don't use it myself so someone else may correct me
