I couldn't agree more. Due to this fantastic customer service ( and my previous service from them ) I won't be buying elsewhere.

I remember some "fun" i had with parcel farce a few years ago. Missed a delivery, back to their depot. No problem with that, i went along to pick up. They then spent nearly an hour trying to locate my item. To put this in context, the item was a tank guard for my land rover discovery so both large and heavy. I described it several times, they kept on searching the shelving at the back of the office. They couldn't comprehend me telling them that their shelving would fall down due to weight if this guard was on one of those shelves. Eventually they looked on the heavy/oversized items trolley and lo and behold there it was! Muppets.

Just saw a thing on the news that ups and FedEx have merged. First thought was that standards might go up, but they've named the new company fedup

:D

So, getting all the damaged stuff replaced f.o.c. (free of charge) :D

And I also have two add back pouches from the cider kits (Ritchies) which miraculously survived
I'm guessing I should be able to use these in a turbo cider??

Defiantly going out for some apple juice tomorrow.
