Making some turbo cider, started on Wednesday. Apple juice, black tea etc. All was going really well after 24 hours LOADS of bubble through airlock. However now very little. I have read on other posts people have shaken the demijohn to start fermentation again. Any ideas? This has sat at steady 19% for four days now. I intend to let this stay under airlock for a month before bottling.
Should I just leave it now?
