We bought a pumpkin this year, but we roasted it instead of carving it. Tasted amazing with my girlfriend's marinade!

Be brave, go deep. Unfortunately if you go too deep you'll break through and have to get a new pumpkin and start over

I don't think my daughters would ever forgive me if I f'd it up!
