Say, if you like the results of fermenting with a certain yeast at 18°C without pressure. Use the calculator above, and adjust the Vols of Co2 until the pressure is zero.

Then adjust temperature to the desired value, say 25°c, to obtain the equivalent pressure needed.

Alternatively, adjust the temperature to hit the desired pressure, say 10psi.
