Pressure fermentation with bru 7

Anyone done this with this yeast? Looking to turn around a beer in time for Christmas and the recipe I’m looking at useing this yeast. Thought about substituting with a kveik but might mess up the flavour profile too much. Any suggestions on target pressure and temp? Thanks.

Not used that yeast, but so far all my pressure fermentation as been with random standard yeasts I've had to hand and all worked fine.

I ran mine at approx 10psi and between 20 and 25c - and given me some lovely 'lagers'.

I’ve never heard of BRU 7, and Google is drawing a blank - who makes this yeast and what type is it?

Ah, of course.

It’s my go-to American ale yeast and I find it flocculates well.
