It does, even with only water for the purists
KitchenCraft KCCVPORNS Induction Double Boiler Porringer / Bain Marie Pan with Non Stick, Gift Boxed, Stainless Steel, 16 cm, Silver https://amzn.eu/d/5ZCxAC8
This is the one I bought, but it's light weight and the handle gets very hot to touch
I have a gas hob , I reckon that the pot works on all options of heat rather than exclusively inductionI'm really confused by this thing - an induction double boiler.
To explain - you'd normally use a double boiler to heat gently and evenly. The reason for using one is because gas stoves burn at 140C+ and can heat quite unevenly. In the case of porridge I can see you could end up burning the milk or starches.
But why would you need an induction one? Any half decent induction stove should be capable of very gentle heat, and they will heat quite evenly too. Using a double boiler on induction is like having a horse pull your car.
