Is anyone else left thinking... "What's a handicap pole? "
I guess it's a pole for Chippy to fasten his Motability scooter to
Either a disadvantaged eastern European or a sign indicating a disabled parking spot.
That's what they call a trad wife in the US of A.

Obviously someone in charge,full of self importance and vast delusions of grandeur wrote that.
I worked with at lot of those over my working life
My guess is a plea from someone who English is not their first language telling people they would prefer their colleagues not to take teaspoons.
Someone suggested they used an online translator for the same reason and it wasn't the best.
