Peco boiler as mash tun

After 10 or so kits I am considering having a bash at BIAB.
I have an Inkbird ITC-308 that I use to control my fermentation temperature.
If I bought a 32L Peco beermakers boiler (the type with a tap and 1 element -http://www.thehomebrewcompany.co.uk/peco-beermakers-professional-boiler-32lt-no-hop-strainer-p-2427.html) I figure I could use the Inkbird to control the mash temperature ?
or have I missed something....?

If you do that then you will need to recirculate the wort, otherwise the mash near the element will get too hot and away from the element it will get too cold. If you insulate it well with blankets/coats/sleeping bags etc..., then it will hold its temperature and you won't need to use the element during the mash.

I agree with Iain.
Pick up a couple of cheap single duvets and wrap the boiler in one, held in place with bungee cords and lay the other over the top. That should hold the temperature sufficiently for a single stage mash. If you want to go further, get a cheap Mylar survival blanket and tape this around the boiler first, then add the duvets. There are members who have used roll-up camping mats as insulation for boiler mash tuns.

Blankets and my Winter coat all form part of my pot insulation.. it works well enough!

Just insulate the boiler and you'll be fine, mine is a layer of silver backed bubble sheet and a thin foam mat, I lost about 1deg on a 7deg air temp day over the course of a 60 min mash.
