Some interesting points made.

The one about being omnivores is, of course, biologically true, but evolution is a slow process - and our progress to date and eventual (inevitable?) decline as a species might hang on some of the things we're joshing about here.

And while I'm sure there are loads of examples of PCGM that can be flagged up, we shouldn't allow that to mask the basic decencies and social good that stem from what we might choose to tag as "PC".

I know, I'm a whole lotta fun.

Just to expand a bit on the "omnivore" characteristics of our teeth, we have:
  • Molars at the back for chewing and grinding.
  • Canines at the four corners of our mouth to make sure that we hold on to whatever we manage to stuff in there.
  • Incisors at the front to cut away meat that it in our mouths and to bite into fruit and veg.
  • Note that we start off with:
    • No teeth when we are born so that we don't bite anything off our mother's breasts.
    • Milk teeth that are not terribly strong but which allow us to eat solid foods in infancy.
As ElvisisBeer has pointed out, the human race is evolving, but at the moment I reckon that changes in the Western World is more "decline" than "development".
