I went through a stage of drinking red wine, I think because the spar used to sell 2 bottles for £4, so I was the sophisticated one in the bus shelter on a Friday night

Ah Blastaway, castaway and dimomd white never drank it myself but plenty did when I worked in Scotland. :lol: :lol:

I remember serving those in the pub! Horrid. Then there were the mental snakebites made with Zeiss (8% lager brewed with champagne yeast) and your choice of diamond white or scrumpy jack...

Uni hall bar with very long poorly cleaned pipes so drink of choice was snakebite & black to disguise the dodgy beer.....but if you were going for it Special Brew/1080 Cider snakebite & black certainly did the job.
36 lads lived in an old house, after a heavy night there'd be purple streaks under the windows :sick:
