Pale kits with hop bitterness

I know extract brews are usually a lot darker than what all grain can achieve. Having said that, what are some of the palest kits out there?

I'm looking for an almost IPA type kit, pale, high bitterness, but with not so much hop aroma, or at least a nice hop aroma that can be complemented by dry hopping.
I want to create something along the lines of oakhams citra, or sierra nevada pale ale but with a kit.

I realise thats asking a lot for a kit. But what have we got out there?

I've never seen a really pale kit, like the kinda pale you can create with AG using extra-pale malt, but Coopers Australian Pale Ale is a good kit for dry hopping

I'd be tempted to do a hop boil too, to increase the bitterness, as it's fairly bland as it is. Used to be my go-to kit for tweaking before I moved to AG.

What you are seeking do isn't too difficult. My advice would be to get a very bland, pale kit and use a bit of crystal and hops to get a much better result - SNPA is quite a simple beer, pale malt, Crystal malt and Cascade hops, US-05 yeast. It's not even that pale. A good option as a base kit is one of the Mangrove Jacks Brewers Series kits like the Golden Ale...

Then steep some crystal malt and use Cascade hops. Or Citra if that's what you want.
