Morning. The redcurrant and cherry started on the day i made it as did the mead, the blackberry a week later. Rose petal is only about 3 weeks old but smells and tastes fantastic, already. Beer is now in 500ml bottles with a lovely deep nut colour, mostly clear.
Stumbled a bit on Mead and RC/BC wine, mucked up my first racking of both, spilled some on the floor, the table, in my mouth, there was no mercy.
Thoughts welcome.

Did you use fresh rose petals? I tried dried once, but wasn't impressed, neither the colour or the flavour really came through.

I really must have a go at mead one day, that looks brilliant.
