Only took up homebrew early part of this year. Always held fermentation at 20 degrees for the ale and once bulk primed I would leave my bottles for a further 2 weeks and then move to my garage to 'clear'. Seemed to work perfect.
Now the Summer is here what do I do? I've got 40 bottles of Ruby Red that has been through secondary and the only place i can really store them is my garage whcih is now approx 23 degrees. Will my bottles still clear?
