nother newby folks from lancashire!

just finished setting up for all grain mashing, have done a couple out of Dave Lines brewin beers etc., as youd expect all the problems come out of the woodwork ph wrong on one - no wort chiller so i think the 2nd one may have a good chance of infection. have now got for my birthday wort chiller and ph tester. - so ive got high hopes of number 3
