Sorry I can’t do this as I never brewed one, in fact I’ve been so busy at weekends I’ve not brewed for weeks.
I’ve worked it out, I mixed you and twostage up first time round.
Apologies, I’ve got a lot of balls in the air at the minute myself.

Got yours @Alastair70 :-

Hi @Twostage beers arrived today thank you so much! Unfortunately one leaked, only a little, or maybe it was condensation. The writing on the labels have disappeared, i've got 'brown' something but can't make out the other one at all!

It will be condensation as I took them out of the fridge just beforehand. Lesson learned. I’ll check which ones I sent so I can let you know ABV too.

Thought I'd have @Nottsbeer biere de garde this evening. I have no idea what these are supposed to taste like and have nothing except mine to go on....

Opened with a bit of a fizz and a very pungent aroma, I actually thought it might he infected initially as it was very lively! However....

It tastes great, im really impressed, there's a lovely toffee caramel flavour to this. Malty and sweet but dry. Medium to light bodied with moderate carbonation. Looking at the style guidelines, I think this really hits the mark.

Thanks for your kind review👍. Like you I've no idea about this style. I'm saving the ones I have for the weekend when I have time to savour them! Really glad you liked it. 🍻

Next up, @Twostage brown biere de garde.

Nice little hiss, pours nicely with a little frothy head which last around half the glass.

Aroma, malty and sweet.

Flavour, malty and sweet like the aroma, bready, some caramel I think, not much in the way of bitterness. Giving it a medium for body and again though sweet isn't cloying. Very smooth.

Moderately carbed.

Another great beer, a slightly different interpretation I feel, this one is more similar to mine I think. Thanks for sharing!

I think and I have nothing really to base this on but it was on the lower end of the ABV for the style, perhaps another .5% might have given this a bit more backbone, just an observation.

Pic to follow but my phone is on the blink and isn't charging.

Next up, the blonde from @Twostage .

Not sure if it's just the colour but this one seems very much like a saison.

Again, nice little hiss, thin head which doesn't last long. Well carbed.

Lovely bright colour, a little hazy but otherwise nice to look at.

Again, malty, sweet, less toffee/caramel, doesn't show it's alcohol content. A little hint of hop in this one but not much, some spiciness maybe, from hop or yeast. Tastes like it's been aged well.

I've enjoyed it, very different to the other 2 and mine but its within the broad guidelines for the style. It does make me feel that when I mentioned that another .5 % alcohol on the other one might give it some more depth, I may have been talking rubbish, this one at 7.7% is dangerously drinkable. Thanks for sharing!

Again....pic to follow.
