I've got some AG ale that I brewed on 21st may and it stopped fermenting sometime over the weekend ( I was away for 4 days). I have not drunk as much of my last brew as hoped and don't have enough bottles and probably won't for a couple of weeks. Should I leave it in the primary, bearing in mind I opened it to take a gravity reading yesterday, or should I stick it in another FV. I've read both can have problems i.e, leaving it on the trub is not good, nor is putting it in a plastic FV with lots of air space. I was thinking maybe I should stick it in a secondary with a bit of sugar or honey to get it going again.

I'm sure there's going to be differing opinions on this one, but I'd go with feeding it if it's going to go somewhere with air above it ie a secondary fermenter.
