Looking ahead to the summer! I notice you guys use old fridges to keep your cornys cool so I keep checking ebay for a cheep fridge near me but I have noticed a lot of second hand cheep beer line coolers for sale are they any good compared to a fridge ????

I definitely think they're worth having if they're going cheap. The work on the principle of flash cooling rather than keeping the whole batch cool, if it's got more than one inlet you can run the beer through twice to cool it more. There is a relationship between temperature, pressure and amount of CO2 which dissolves in the beer, giving it's 'condition', So, it's best to have the whole keg cooled really.
