Oooh the House strain does sound interesting. I imagine this would be good for lower ABV Hazy's?

I finally made an APA using Clipper yeast and it gave an attenuation of 92% which is incredible. However floculation is pretty poor with floating trub.
Trub, or yeast? The description of Clipper sounds like Lalbrew Verdant IPA yeast, which throws up a large head of yeast which takes a long time to drop. Sounds like they might be the same strain.I made a NE pale ale last weekend and used Clipper for the first time. I opened the FV to dry hop today and, like you found, there’s loads of trub floating on the top still.
This did happen to me once before. I can’t remember what yeast I used then so will need to go back and check notes. On that occasion it did all drop with the cold crash though.
I have recently used the Kentucky Common yeast for my latest Altbier and I have been more than happy with the results. I have used M54 and seems to have produced similar results. For me CML yeasts are my go to yeasts, the range is fantastic with the exception of a California Lager yeast like M54.
I had very good results with the CML California Common yeast from their original/basic range. As good as M54. I haven’t used it for a couple of years now though. For me CML yeasts are my go to yeasts, the range is fantastic with the exception of a California Lager yeast like M54.
How are you getting on with the beer clearing?CML are virtually my go to yeasts especially the Kveik which I am using more and more

I rarely use anything else now. I have only ever used dried yeast and the CML range is wide enough to cover the beers I make.CML are virtually my go to yeasts especially the Kveik which I am using more and more
I always cold crash but have never got a beer made with Kveik Voss to fully clear. How are you getting on with the beer clearing?
I bottle mine and so far all my Voss brews are taking ages to clear.
I don't have the facility to cold crash though.
I use gelatine finings but never cold crash. It works well for me (and has done for over 50 years).Interesting. I haven't tried gelatine for about a year.
Do you have to cold crash for the gelatine to work?
