Bit of a query about this one, it's my first kit I've brewed, it was in the FV for about 2 weeks with a slight temp variation but nothing too much, it's been sat in the PB now for about 12 days the last few of which have been in the garage where it's been pretty cold overnight, I tried 1/2 a pint tonight and it was definitely drinkable but didn't have much of a head and wasn't that carbonated, I was just wondering if I were to use some CO2 on it would that change that? Thanks for any advice in advance.

Ok cheers, it's still fairly cloudy so am I better off leaving it in the cold garage for a bit or bringing it back in? Thanks for your advice.

Warm first to carbonate, when it's carbonated (test it) move to cool to clear and condition.

Had my first pint of this last night and was impressed! Still a bit cloudy but reckon that'll clear in a couple of weeks, definitely on par with pints I've had from Wetherspoons so I'm pretty chuffed!

Same answer as two and a half years ago. Make sure the beer has carbonated by leaving it for two weeks in the warm and then put it somewhere cooler until it clears.
