I'd like to enter this, but I'm concerned about the f*ckery around customs and CN22 etc in sending beers to Eire. Can anyone help or advise me please - what is it best to list my entries as.

CN22 here: https://www.royalmail.com/sites/royalmail.com/files/2024-09/cn22-august-2024.pdf

I would be tempted to list them as a 'gift' of 2 bottles of homebrew for an international hb comp?

Anyone here had any success?

(I note that Panamaju managed it last year from Finland OK!)

Oh, I've my sister post over all sorts of contraband. E.g. my hop rhizomes that the hop supplier wouldn't post to me. As long as it's from a personal sender to a personal recipient, you'll be fine.

I managed to send beers last year Martin.

Sadly one of them broke but they did get there. I seem to remember having to pay some fees to get the beers released from th far end customs.

I used UPS to do my shipping...created an account. Took me a while to work out the correct tariff codes to use on the shipping declaration....if I enter again I'd probably lie about whats in the box in all honesty and not even mention homebrew.
