Never been that keen on Moyles.
Radio 2 during the day at work and 5 live for the football at weekends

Nick Grimshaw is replacing him in a couple of months. Apparently Moyles is contracted to Radio 1 until new year 2014?

With Chris Moyles announcing he's leaving in September. My mornings will never be the same again. I know he's like marmite some love him some hate him. I have been with him from the start and the last 8yrs have been great.
I'm too young for radio 2 don't like local radio crap don't like kerrang. I'm looking at no radio ever again.

A sad day for radio.

He is marmite all right...brown, sticky and doesn't spread well on toast!

But there is hope for you. If you do happen to be too young for r2 and you have digital, tune into 6 music. You won't look back.

Radio Sheffield at brekkie for me, Toby Foster taking the piddle out of everyone, then radio 5 live for a bit of a phone in for the chattering classes. Radio Local (Peak FM) for an hour or so up to lunch

Talk sport after 1pm(Hawksbie and Jacobs), then radio 5 live after 4pm. Drivetime.

After tea, whatever is on gets listened to

A few years ago I discovered Planet Rock Radio on digital radio. Alice Cooper used to do the breakfast show before moving to an evening slot, it was the best breakfast show ever.

These days I find it hard to listen to anything else other than Planet Rock no matter what time of day...

I work out of my works van and it's not DAB, so my choice is limited. Maybe time to get myself a DAB and see whats out there. :hmm:

I've been off work this week and listening to planet rock every day while working in my garage. It's a great blend of old and new rock, and all the dj's through the day are very listenable. May have to consider getting DAB in the car
