Just bought a lager making kit from my local Wilkinson and it was missing yeast! I was stupid enough to open the tin with a tin opener to see if the sachet was in there :rofl:
I have never made lager before, so all I have is Youngs Super Wine Yeast and some Yeast Nutrient. So what shall I do? Where shall I order some yeast from and what shall I get? I take it the wine yeast is out of the question :whistle:
